Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BetLaunch's white label gambling platform and related services. By signing up or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our services.

1. Service Agreement Basics

BetLaunch provides turnkey technology for launching online gambling operations. We handle platform deployment, payment integration, and technical infrastructure. You handle licensing, compliance in your jurisdiction, and player acquisition.

Here's what we're responsible for:

  • Platform uptime (99.5% SLA minimum)
  • Payment gateway integration and maintenance
  • Game provider API connections
  • Backend dashboard functionality
  • Technical support during business hours

Here's what you're responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining all required gambling licenses
  • Compliance with local gaming regulations
  • KYC/AML procedures for your players
  • Customer support for end users
  • Marketing and player acquisition

2. Licensing and Compliance

You must hold valid gambling licenses in every jurisdiction where you operate. Period. We can introduce you to licensing consultants, but we're not your compliance department.

If your license gets suspended or revoked, we reserve the right to immediately suspend platform access until you resolve the issue. We're not risking our infrastructure for operators cutting corners on compliance.

3. Payment Terms

Platform fees are charged monthly based on your selected package: Starter ($12,000/month), Professional ($25,000/month), or Enterprise (custom). Setup fees apply to all new deployments.

Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments (5+ days overdue) result in platform suspension. We don't chase invoices - your platform goes dark until payment clears.

4. Data and Security

We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and encrypt all player data. But here's the deal: you're the data controller under GDPR/privacy laws, not us. We process data on your behalf, but legal liability for data breaches sits with you as the license holder.

You must implement proper access controls for your admin accounts. Shared passwords or sloppy security on your end isn't our problem.

5. Service Modifications

We update the platform regularly - new game integrations, security patches, feature releases. Critical updates happen without notice (think: security vulnerabilities). Non-critical changes get 14 days heads-up via email.

Don't like an update? Tough. We can't maintain 50 different platform versions for 50 different operators.

6. Termination

Either party can terminate with 60 days written notice. If you terminate, we'll provide a data export of your player database and transaction history. After 90 days, we delete everything.

We can terminate immediately if you: violate gambling laws, fail to maintain licensing, go 15+ days past due on payments, or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is capped at three months of your platform fees. We're not liable for lost revenue, player disputes, regulatory fines, or "I could've made millions" claims.

This is a B2B technology service. You're running a gambling business - that comes with risk. We provide the tools, you manage the operation.
